What makes cities qualify for being a stressful city, first it is the rate of unemployment that it has, second it is the price of gas and transportation and third it is the housing market.

The art of stress management is to keep you at a level of stimulation that is healthy and enjoyable and to bring your mind and body back into balance.
Sometimes this seems overwhelming and even impossible, however, if you start looking at things in a positive manner and start being grateful for even the smallest things, you can turn this around to a better feeling place. Cognitive-behavioral techniques such as, imagery is a powerful method of stress reduction, when combined with physical relaxation methods such as deep breathing; learn and experience yoga techniques for dealing with crisis situations; self-awareness; meditation; Qi-gong; EFT; ionic detox foot baths and many more. These are all simple, easy and are all very effective.
Stress is a word for emotional strain — the anxiety, sadness, anger and frustration that come with everyday life.
